US-based marcom writer experienced with custom software developers

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an exceptional, US-based marcom writer who has extensive experience writing for custom software development companies. Our client is a Boston-based software developer of mobile, web and Shopify Apps. This would be a long-term engagement.

Monthly Deliverables

Your monthly responsibilities & deliverables will include:

• Content Creation & Production (with client input)
  • Original blog posts per month: 1
  • Curated blog posts per month: 4
• Monthly newsletter content and production
  • Create short, original content (news, announcements, etc.) for the newsletter and select the best original and curated content that was previously created for inclusion
  • Production: Use HubSpot to produce and send out the newsletter
    • Update the client’s mailing lists as needed
• Website updating: Hours per month: 1.0
• General Editorial service: Hours per month: 1.0
• Content Management
  • Monthly Marketing Meeting with client
    • Work with Sales Renewal to define the Monthly Marketing agenda
    • Attend the Content Marketing portion of the Monthly Marketing meeting.
  • Communication and management with Sr Marketing Manager, client and other necessary parties as needed during the business workday (via email) to maintain a smoothly functioning Content Marketing program
• Other services as mutually determined and agreed to by each party
